I haven't had a better experience with ANY mobile retailer than I have with this location. My mom and I weren't even sure if we wanted to leave T-Mobile but we came in and were persuaded, got a great deal and dealt with extremely kind customer service reps. We left out with new phones and have been so excited for the change of service. Customer service is KEY in any business and James and all of the employees were amazing.

Took an early lunch break and went to this store to see what's wrong with my iPhone. Got there 30 minutes after the opening time stated at the door sign which is 9am. The door was locked. I could see associates walking around inside. I waited till somebody approached the door peaked out and told me that they are doing a quite a huge inventory and they are closed for another 45 minutes. I was like but there's no sign to let us know and I called before I came but no one answer. The associate asked me if I wanted to hang outside the door for 45 minutes to an hour till they open because they couldn't sell me anything right now. I asked him if he knew if the Decatur store was open and he was sure it was and he sent me there.
There I go 30 minutes into my early lunch break rushing to the Decatur AT&T store. I get there and the same thing was happening. Door was lock at 10:15am and associates inside walking around. Waited around till someone came to the door to tell me what I already knew that they are doing inventory and it will be an hour till they open and they couldn't sell me anything at the moment. So I went back to work. At 12:30 pm I called the store on North Druid Hills to see if they are open. The first time no one answer but the second time an associate told me that it will be another 15 minutes till they open. OMG. What if I decided to wait the 45 minutes they were initially telling me it's going to take? What an awful customer experience.
So after work I go to the location closer to home, Decatur. I was already unhappy and thinking of going to Verizon but decided to give AT&T one last chance. I get there and there are only 3 associates working and they were all busy. I get to the register to try and see if I have to sign somewhere the short hair lady not even looking at me said "we will be right with you". Twenty minute later Joel turned all my bad experience into a great one and made my day. He came to me genuinely caring about my problem and took the time to understand my needs and help. Thanks to Joel at the Decatur AT&T store I am  still an AT&T customer. Great customer service. Kudos to his patience and expertise.

Terrible experience. Waited for 30  minutes, someone kept walking up to me saying "We will be with you in a just a few minutes" but never checked why I was there or what I needed. And then after 30 "few minutes" I had to get back to work and nothing got done. All I needed was a SIM card and it surprises me that with 2 people working and 4 customers no one could help more than one person at a time in a whole half hour. I'm sticking to online services and won't bother returning to this store for no customer service.
