Very good basic deli type sandwiches. Not a fan of the chips as they are the handmade hard kind.

They were to call me back for the location (region) swap for my misdelivered meal and never called back, their line was busy for 2 hours, then when their line finally opened up, it was past closing the phone kept ringing till it hung up with no answer, waste of absolute time, I expect to have my money back in my account because I waited almost 3 hours for food that never even came

They have on multiple occasions taken over an hour to deliver one sandwich to me, without a call, on random weekdays. Really frustrating when Jimmy John's is my go to for "quick food." 
However, recently they have been quicker and today my food was delivered within 15 minutes. The drivers are usually really polite.

It's very fast service and decent food.

Not open at 11p on a Wednesday. Website says open til 3. Update that for those hungry hungry people plz! I'm standing here hungry
