Good drunk food because they're the only chinese food open late. Sometimes makes you question what kind of meat you're actually eating but it's still delicious I ain't gonna lie at all. My buddy was so drunk one time he was snap chatting himself with the employees there and he got banned but they let him back in the next time he went so it was chill. I love the general chicken with the rice and crab rangoon is fire.

Part of the reason I went were all the "1" reviews this place got, to see if it was really that bad. My experience was OK. I picked up my food, and it took about five minutes to get my kung pao chicken. You should really like celery and green peppers, because that is about 90% of the meal. It tasted alright. I have to compare it to other Chinese restaurants in the area, though, and it is not as good as those.

I found it amusing that the bathroom had a sign saying you needed a key to use it. And the lady at the counter wasn't even the slightest bit friendly, like I was bothering her.

The second and last time I will be disappointed. I used to be so impressed with Rice Kitchen because of quality and quantity. I ordered food for delivery as I could not leave work to retrieve my lunch (less than 3 miles away). I waited over an hour for the food -- which I was made aware of from the beginning so that's not the complaint. The complaint is the quality and quantity of my order after having to wait that long. Plus I gave a decent tip when I placed my order....hardly any sweet and sour sauce and I paid for extra sauce. I'm not happy and unable to leave work....hungry! Probably will not return.

This is the best Chinese fast food restaurants I've ordered from. Food is always hot, fresh and prepared as I order it. They have forgotten some things from time to time, like my extra Sweet and Sour sauce but over all they get it right. The food is delicious and delivery is usually on time.

We ordered our food late on a Monday night and it can over an hour late. Then when we got our food, I had ordered sweet and sour chicken that came with no sauce and the food was mediocre. Horrible restaurant
