I liked JJ's before they came to Troy. So, I kept giving them a chance, but they kept disappointing. They speak politely, but it's one mess after another for a few years now. I'm finally done. If I really want Jimmy John's, I'll drive to Dayton. I can't believe I dealt with the Troy location for this long.

The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. The cashier was mildly rude though, and didn't seem friendly or even want to be there.
