Absolutely poor service. I ordered my sub at 1: 50 pm and 40 minutes passed, no one called or emailed..  when i called to check on my order. They told me they sent my sub to the wrong address. Without calling me to verify or apologize about not communicating. I had to call them to remake my sub and wait another 30 minutes. I used my debit card and they did not verify that before giving the sub away. Jimmy johns has a very bad representation of giving away subs with out asking under others debit or credit card .. i'm done with Jimmy Johns... completely

Food is great as always, and the service was fast. They forgot my sprouts when they made my sandwich, but they offered to remake it once they noticed. Staff was extremely friendly however

Went there during very busy lunch rush..craig took my order and was so wonderful. My order was kind of complicated and he did fantastic, such a nice guy. Much better than other employees ive dealt with.

If you'd like to wait about TWO HOURS for your order to be delivered, then this is the place to go. I ordered today at 11:28AM. Luckily for them, I was very busy at work and hadn't had a chance to call the store until 1:10PM and my order still hadn't been delivered. I was told that my order was with the driver and that it should be delivered shortly. Of course the "enthusiasm" was so overwhelming when I did call. About 20 minutes later, my order was delivered. The driver did apologize and explained that he usually isn't a driver. Not exactly sure I believe that because based on the other reviews for this location, long delivery times seem to be a reoccurring issue with this location. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because there is construction right next to where I was ordering from, but that is no excuse for having to wait almost two hours. If I wanted to wait an hour, I would have ordered pizza.

Best Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. The person working the register ( I believe it was the manager) was funny and friendly. Great service!
