I got to the shop today at 8:44pm and I was met by two employees. They looked at me rung up my order for the veggie and very very slowly proceeded to make my sandwich. I seen that the bread was deformed so I asked for another one. They slowly and hesitantly got another piece. He put the tomatoes and cucumber on the sandwich then realized that there was no lettuce. So after convincing him that I want lettuce on my sandwich he sliced some lettuce and gave me the sandwich with the old avocado. When I went to eat the sandwich the lettuce was messed up midway through the sandwich. I couldn't even finish the half pictured. Also he made he sandwich very sloppily.

Waited over an hour, had not arrived was told they didn't have my order I gave them order # " oh it's on the way". I call back after 30 minutes still had not received order was told it's on the way again they had 4 orders to deliver. Well another 25 min. Later still no order. What is freaky fast about that. RIDICULOUS.

Terrible customer service. All the cashiers walked away to the back upon patrons entering the establishment and didnt return for 15 mins. The staff is way too immature. Always playing around!

Their sandwiches are better than subway and a lot more healthier as well in my opinion a lil pricey for larger sandwiches though

Disappointed that they would only deliver to Calumet City,  abour 7 miles away if the order was " large enough "  to be worth it.
