Only reason I give it this low of a rating, the woman inside.... I am the only truck here, picking up 3-4 pallets. Appt is for 3pm, got here at noon. Told I will have to wait because they are picking the loads for the trucks that are not here yet... GO FIGURE? Didn't think it would be that big of an issue, since I am only getting a few pallets, customer is US FDS.  I have notified them and the management here. I truly believe in Karma, unfortunately I don't always get to see it returned on those that deserve it in a bad way.... OH, by the way I picked up my 1st stop 3hrs early(29 pallets) and was in and out in 1.5hrs... US COLD STORAGE in Minooka... 😮

They full of crap! They play with people's hours, they disrespectful & unprofessional! Most all the Hispanics is working illegal and they treat black people so wrong.
