Horrible. I went at 8.45 p.m. the bacon was burned, the burger was cold and sloppy. The fries were cold. They forgot. Extra ingredients on my chicken Sandwich. Just be sure to ask for everything fresh no matter what time you go. Else you will have a bad experience too. And check your food b4 you go.

Any time you get to a fast food joint and there is a line and no one seated in the restaurant there is something wrong process wise. This was confirmed when the employee taking orders told a line 6 patrons deep that she'd get to us soon and then walked away to do something else. Fast forward 10 minutes I'm next in line, ready to take my order and she steps away again. Another employee walked up, asked me what my order was and walked away to prepare it. A bit unconventional but let's go with it. I then offically give my order. Wait another 10 minutes for my sandwich and guess what.... Its wrong. So obviously the dude taking unofficial orders doesn't have a good short term memory.

I didn't even bother to say anything, what's the point?

I won't eat here again, took way too long for me to get the wrong thing.

I use to like this Wendy's most of the time I come around noon my food be very hot and fresh. Today I actually walked inside and the fact that every last one of them workers didn't have on no gloves. I saw one person who had on gloves and she was making burgers. I watched this tall dark skin dude scratch his hair and wipe his nose and still was putting food in bags. Very nasty. They sure did lose me as a customer. I won't be back. They need to put on GLOVES.

Below average for a Wendy's restaurant.  Update, went here in October 2017 with a group of co-workers. It smelled so bad inside we left. Something was seriously wrong in there. Hopefully it was just a one off thing and is better now.

If you go there often enough, you would think that the laws of probability would kick in and they would accidentally get your order correct.  This seems not to be the case.  The staff here have some type of super power to Jack up your order every single time.
