I absolutely wish I could give a good review, but the customer service lacks potential. We normally order for delivery, but every time we order a pizza a specific way there is always something wrong with it. On top of extra (UNWANTED) toppings mixed into the toppings, we have had toppings that were asked to be left out due to dietary reasons. Of which we have had pizzas with those toppings on them, and we would have to call and ask for a new pizza to me made since it cannot be eaten. Last time we called for help on our order, one of the cooks answered the phone and proceeded to call me a liar, claiming that he never put any of it on the pizzas. He also demanded to have the old pizza brought back to the restaurant "as proof" that he was right. Lest to say, I felt incredibly disrespected and my experience with the restaurant terrible for the last two years of ordering from there. Probably won't ever be ordering from there again. At least Komo's respects dietary restrictions of their customers and doesn't try to start fights with them over the phone.

Every time my family orders delivery something is missing it's either our sides, our salads, dressings/dipping sauces we ask specifically for and have to pay extra for of course because it's extra which is no problem, but if I pay for it I expect to receive it. Once we were brought the wrong order completely. My boyfriend even offered to just drive to Jjs and get it himself, but they insisted and an hour later we get out meals 3 adult meals and two children's, but by the time it got to us we had to re-heat it ourselves. Total wait time about 2 and a half hours. Now eating in its easier to remind the server hey were missing this or that. The food is just about the same as every where in town nothing bad, but nothing to brag about. I just suggest eating in instead of delivery.

I see many people leaving good reviews and am glad they got to enjoy the food (which the pizza is pretty good). The service though has been horrendous for over the past 3 years my family/friends and I have been going. We used to go every Saturday night from about 9-12 or so. This last time, it took us over 30 minutes to get our order of appetizers taken. Then we were given 2 refills through out the entire night (we politely asked for our second one and this night was well over 2 and a half hours we were there). After this our appetizers took another 20 minutes to be brought to our table Followed by 1 hour until we got one of our 2 pizzas. The second pizza was sent out on a delivery when we were dining in. A time before this it took over an hour and a half to get our checks (which was after a similar timeline as this last visit). That visit was 4+ hours because of how slow it was. Everytime we have had bad service we were not there when it was busy (4-6 tables occupied with 2-3 people each). Another factor that may have played into why we had such bad service was we weren't in the same room as the bar. The one time we had good service was when we sat directly in front of the bar.

Bad service, bad food. We had the office Christmas party there and with a group of around 50 they brought out food in a 2 hour window... Ive also eaten there before and while the service was just fine there is much better places to eat.
