That's what I call good customer service!!Brittney was so helpful in fabrics! She was very attentive and helped me figure out exactly how much yardage I needed. I will definitely be shopping here for my craft needs more often!!!

Helen is the most helpful and sweetest person....I would go back to this store just because of her. She is so bubbly you can't leave without a smile on your face!

I've called three times and each time I call I get Helen...she can't do anything except tell you how busy they are and that she cannot help you. And heaven forbid that you actually go to the store. There's no one there to assist you and if you do ask for help they act like it is a complete inconvenience. Last time I went, I walked around for ten minutes just to find someone to help. When I did, they acted as if it was too much to assist me. I looked at the "line" and walked out...I stood outside the door and called and got Helen again telling me just how slammed they were and that she could not help me. ????? I was looking in the window at no one in line. 
Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to steer clear of this store.

I shop here often and the staff is great! I feel like they dont have enough employees so they run the few they do have ragged.  I've heard managers fussing at them over petty things. The store its self is good and I love the selection of fabrics and sewing necessities.
