Petco is a good place to get just about anything for your pets. They offer grooming services. The employees are always nice. A couple of years ago I took my Rottweiler Duchess in for a bath and nail clipping. When I went to pick up Duchess from her appointment she could barely walk and I had to kinda lift her to get into my car. For the next couple of days she could barely walk or stand up. After that appointment she refused to go in to that store again. She weighed 126 lbs so when she didn't want to move it was extremely difficult to get her to move. I found out later what happened. Duchess fell off of the grooming table. Petco never told me that she was hurt or that she had fallen. I have never been apologized to. Duchess was so injured that I took her to my Veterary Clinic. From that day forward I have not been in Petco since. I would ask you to be careful and obversent if you take your pet there for grooming

I went to petco to sign up for puppy training classes. The woman who signed me up told me that they had classes in am and in pm during the week.
I told her that i needed am classes, or early pm because I go to sleep around seven or eight at night. She assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and told me I had to pay 119 dollars up front. She also told me that the trainer, Ashly, would call me later that same day to set up the class and time. The next day in the evening Ashly called me. She informed me that there wasn't any am classes or early pm classes atm for puppies .She  told me that the next class would be in two days on  a Tues at 7pm .I informed her that when I spoke to the person that signed me up that I didn't want a class that late because I wake up very early. She told me she would class me back in a couple days to set an am class. Almost two weeks went by and no call or voice mail. I stopped in the store and was told that one of the two trainers,(both named Ashly), was leaving at the end of the month. The manager told me to give my full name and phone number. I explained that when I filled out the paper work I put all of that info on the sheet. He insisted that I give it to him because," He didn't have time to look up the sheet ." I gave him my full name and my cell phone number and was told that the trainer would "call me later back the same day. "After two more days of no call or voice mail from the trainer, I went back to the store and told them I wanted my money back. They refunded my money and I told them I was going to pet smart to sign up for the training class since petco obviously didn't want my money or want to help train my puppy. I am starting a 1pm class for puppy training Sat. at pet smart and the class was actually cheaper.

Maybe hire employees that know how to maintain reptiles. Humidity way too low, this red tail boa is struggling just to shed so unhealthy
