I came to this location with my wife and three children and instantly thought "Wow! This store is in great condition!" The shelves were stocked and faced so well, I knew then that this is the place where we were gonna shop for the rest of our lives. Pet care associate Thomas and his apprentice Heather were on a roll! We didn't have to wait at all to get help. Thomas was very charming and charismatic the whole time. Heather was kind of weird, but that's okay. They worked so well together too! Almost like they were cousins or something! The other pet care associate Kristi was very knowledgeable about the animals and lead me in the best direction for taking care of my pets. The managers were great. Monica was very knowledgeable and got me the right flea medication for my cat, and Carey helped me bring my bags of dog food out to my car. This location is doing great, keep it up Petsmart of Mooresville!

PetSmart Mooresville is just like every other PetSmart I have visited. I shop here because of the good selection, priced slightly higher than target. They offer grooming and vet services. Negative: I quit using the Banfield vet service 8 yrs ago because they were always trying to up sell me. My then 15 year old cat was "likely to die from a heart murmur" that required surgery and had an "unusual shaped eyelid" requiring surgery. At 23 yrs old he is slow but still active... neither his heart or eye needed surgery according to other vets.

my two beagles extremely picky when it comes to bones and PetSmart is the only place that carries the dentley's Rawhide chicken and sweet potato bones. As far as their toys go during the holidays you can find some pretty good sales but they are pricey and a lot of other things still a great place though and my dogs love to come with me
