very rude and unprofessional owner. It is not my fault he does not know how to find an address and cannot open his ears and listen to directions being given to find my house. He made me wait 2 days for nothing. He told me he knew where the meet point was. Then he screamed at me while I was sitting on the phone trying to help him the entire time and then he literally told me to shut up when he finally reach my house. I am taking my comments on the internet about his poor service to warn others and i will be contacting the best business bureau too. He was a crazy old man and very unprofessional. He was so rude and does not know how to speak to customers correctly. I would never give him my business after yesterday's and today's issues. There is a lot of competition. This guy needs to retire already.
