I researched a wall bed for many months. In the end, I decided to buy it from Multimo because I got fantastic service from Yulia Basova. She's very patient, even on her day off, She still responded to my texts and emails. I almost purchased it from another company, but I gave up. No way you can get service like Yulia. I wanted to thank Yulia. In the future, if I ever need more products, I would come back here and I would definitely recommend this to others.

Exceptional customer service!  Yulia, in particular, was a pleasure to work with.  Along with a beautiful bed, we have now gained glorious space in our NYC apartment!
