Great experience. We shopped for 6 months and live in Texas. Best price! Josh was super knowledgeable about the American Leather product and I had spoken to reps in Texas. Communication and response rate was above and beyond.We were looking for a modern/comfortable sectional. They combined foam with down and it is perfect. We are super happy with the results.

WOW. Furniture shopping made easy!! This is a one stop shop for QUALITY items that will last you a lifetime. I spent the last year of my life looking for the perfect chair for my family room. I probably looked at over 100 chairs. Either the quality didn't match the price, or it didn't come in the color I wanted, etc. I went to Wasser's Furniture and within 10 minutes finally found MY chair (American Leather - fantastic quality, MADE IN AMERICA!!). Josh and Jaime helped me customize the entire thing, from the color and material of the legs of the chair to the color and material of the fabric. Best part, the chair was in my apartment in 3-4 WEEKS. I have waited for furniture for months at other retailers. Josh and Jaime took the stress out of furniture shopping and for that I am grateful. I definitely plan on returning to Wasser's Furniture for all of my furniture/home needs. 100% customer service + satisfaction Easy delivery Customized to meet me needs I couldn't of asked for more
