Excellent experience! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of quality dresses at affordable prices. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to have mirrors situated so the client can see her gorgeousness from every angle. ;)

The people that work there are so kind and really helpful. They never get mad and always compliment the people trying on dresses. They also have a wide variety of beautiful dresses and accessories. It's a great place to go for prom and wedding dresses.

Lauren and Ms Linda were the absolute sweetest to work with. I loved the whole process of shopping at Jo-Lin’s. I can’t wait to return for any occasion that I may need a dress for. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision or purchase a gown. It definitely has that family feeling. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, especially in the Columbia/Irmo area!! Jo-Lin’s is the place to go!

As a 18W bride it is not easy to find a bridal salon that caters to you much less one that treats you like the bride you are... This place and the employees are the most warm, welcoming, amazing people I have ever met. I felt immediately like family and I LOVE my gown. I wish I could give 10 stars! Honestly, the more I talk with this place the more I fall in love with them.... a couple of bad apples can spoil a bunch! I can't imagine ANYONE in this store being rude or over bearing in any way... Just had to add that to my review also.

I had a wonderful experience at Jo-Lins. Not only did I find the dress of my dreams, but the staff was extremely helpful and delightful. My alterations were very easy and were great. Alterations also didn't cost me an arm and a leg either and she did a lot to my dress. Very pleased!
