The first time I went to Jo's nautical bar was in 1969. Myself and two friends found it on a trip to Nantasket beach. We went in and liked it right away. Back then they had a table set up with cold cuts bread and rolls. So you have cold beer and a free sandwich. Ive been going back to have a cold one a few times a year ever since.

If you like dive bars, you will love this place. The bar is located in the building's sizable basement at the very end of town, and is covered wall-to-wall with nautical paraphernalia-- fitting, given the town's history as a fishing village. The bar is a local best-kept-secret, and has a TV, board games, and jukebox to keep guests entertained during the winter months. Drinks are cheap and strong. In the summer, there's a gorgeous waterfront patio to relax on and enjoy the views. I can't say enough good things about Jo's Naughty. Dive bars are my favorite type, and in my opinion, this one is king.

Great band, great bartender. Always a great place to chill and socialize like you're in someone's home.

One of the bartenders was a complete see you next Tuesday. Very bias in how she treated people and very classless. -other staff was great, but this rotten apple surly ruined the bunch, maybe time for retirement?

Nice dive bar with great views of the harbor from the patio. Good place to go and watch the sunset.
