As a manager for a local business I wanted to use this facility for pre-employment drug screening for potential employees. I attempted several times to make an appointment with this facility for this very need. I constantly received their "answering service" which for some reason can not schedule an appointment (what good is that service if they can only answer the phone? A machine is just as useful). I left a message after the 4th attempt and was told they would call me back. They never actually called back, and when I attempted again I was told by this same "answering service" that they had closed for the day due to not having any more appointments. As a potential employer I would look to use a more reliable service for pre-employment drug screening. You will be wasting valuable time trying to use this service.

I've been treated badly by the office staff on several occasions. I was injured at work, pretty seriously , and the last time I was in the practitioner that I' ve been seeing made a comment about how my pain is in a ' different' spot, but the way she said it, it was like she was calling me a liar. I really don' t appreciate that since I' m one of the most honest people I know. I' ve also been treated like a drug addict because I ask for a pain medication. Huh, maybe I' m in pain? I guess that never occurred to them. When I needed my disability information filled out, they couldn't do it online, I actually had to redo the old paper forms . When I brought them to the office I was told it would be a week because Lana was on vacation. The next week I was told it would be another week because now the Dr. was on vacation. Because of the delays in my paperwork (which meant a delay in money, over a month) I lost my medical insurance, my life insurance, my bank account. I called up to make an appt. with the Dr. , which is what I was told I had to do to get some pain medication, they called the night before the appt. and cancelled and said I had to see the Dr. not Lana.
