I love this store. I just wish we had one in Sioux city, IA
When we went to Jockey today, a lady came up and asked how we were doing and if we needed help. On top of the quick service, she was very energetic and pleasant. After we found some wonderfully priced items, a different women at the cash register was fast and efficient. When my dad and I were talking about the poster, she was very knowledgeable about the male model who and a very intriguing backstory and cute dogs!
I was an employee and I have no complaints for the store itself, but the management is what caused me to leave. I felt so discouraged as I was privately bribed for someone to leave the store during normal hours to go and not work and shop instead of run the store. I got called names among other things. Great deals but somethings up with the management at the moment. I wish I was treated better.
Luz us very liked by customer's you can tell she likes her job. I had a return, which she handled very well. Nice clean organized store.
Jockey is my one stop shop for anything from socks underwear to winter undergarments. If they ever rip or something went wrong with them. Just wash it and save it. When you visit the store they will be happy to replace it for you with new ones. I usually go there once or twice a year to stock up
Great sale prices. Staff helpful as had order some items which will be shipped to home. Shipping was free.

18 customers in line to check out, 4 employees in the store and 1 register open. They apologized for the long line and said it was because they only have 1 register open. I asked if they were planning on opening a 2nd register and they said no....
