This has been my new daily alternative to Starbucks (my fav) since its Downtown. A colleague and I got a warm welcome when we entered the store today, a friendly hello. Sometimes we are greeted when walking in and sometimes not. The breakfast sandwiches are always good. The barista made me a ice coffee vs the iced latte I ordered she was honest about the mix up and made me a new drink. Yay right the only issue I'm not sure if i got the 2 extra espresso shots (.50X2=1.00) in my order 😐Another positive I got the YSU discount on my order 😀

Of the 3 employees working, 2 were absolutely rude to me. I seemed to be dismissed as being a valuable customer since I'm a lowly college student, while the men in business suits behind me were catered to. The coffee was too overpriced for how average it tasted. Will not return.

Best coffee shop in the planet! Wonderful, friendly staff, the best coffee and food, and great atmosphere. Really sad I won't be having lunch here anymore... moving in January and will no longer work in the area. But this place was seriously my "Central Perk".
