Very disrespectful . they ain't responsible with the orders always messing them up. Most of the employees ain't paying attention  & just talking to each other over the mics. Managers get loud at you at the window. They need a better training because looks like they didn't get one when hired .

was very disrespectful,  I was receiving my order of a straw berry milkshake and ice cream.

Everything was going well until she handed me a sundae wich was overflowing with the ice cream, strawberry topping and was not completely sealed, that needlessly ended up every where on the interior of my car, and myself.

I had to pull over and exit the car so i can go inside your establishment to clean up from the mess that was presented to me and so as I was exiting you restaurant I stop to let the young lady who had handed me this mess what happen to me. She told me to my face that isn't the way she handed it to me and that she didn't care about the situation turn around and walked away like screw you guy move on.

I was quite livid to say at the least.

I'm not sure if she was having a bad day and just lashed out, but it's not acceptable to speak to one of your customers in such a manner.

I am sorry to inform you that the experience was not a pleasant one, but being disrespected is an horse of a different color. You won't have to worry about me or my family ever patronizing you establishment again. 

You might want to discuss customers relations with your employees.

I sent a photo copy  of my receipt.

Ive gone to this McDonalds once or twice a week for the past two years, and not once have the messed up any of my orders. Their ice cream machine is always operational too! Great McDonald’s!

It has gone hi-tech. They have touch screens now where you place your order and swipe your card. I think this will remove the need for cashiers. It was clean and I received my food in a decent amount of time. The parking is terrible.
