The drinks are amazing! We had a shark bite and a trashy Rita. They were both amazing! And the way they serve the shark bite is fun. The only thing is I'm not big on seafood and they were out of most of the non seafood items on the menu. But very nice environment and clean. Will have to go back!

Today was less than good. First, the floor was disgusting. There were large chunks of food along with napkins and crayons under the table next to us,never got cleaned and new people were seated at it. It took my mother 3 times of asking to get a water. The rum punch I ordered was some well rum and a bit of pineapple- not worth $8. Food finally came and the crab cakes were goopy and awful.my fried fish was nice to look it but when bit into it,it was thick raw batter.the only gem of the day was the bacon wrapped shrimp, very tasty

We had a horrible experience at Joe's Crab Shack on Sunday, December 17, 2017. I do not recommend this particular location. The restaurant smelled fishy when we entered the building and the floors were dirty with very outdated tile. Many of the overhead colored lights had mismatched bulbs and some had no bulbs at all in the sockets. The table we were sat at was old and dirty. The service was slow. The food prep was even slower. The bathroom doors had lettering that was coming off the doors. One of the windows on the entrance was shattered either from a rock or a BB gun. We ordered a king crab steam pot with a side of snow crab and an East Coast platter. We also had a kids' meal with mac and cheese and a sampler appetizer. The appetizer was okay but nothing to write home about. The crab we ordered was overcooked and rubbery. The stuffed shrimp that came with the platter were burned and upon re-fire, they were still imperfectly cooked. The fish and chips were fishy tasting, too. The crab cakes tasted spoiled and I could not eat more than one bite. The mac and cheese looked and tasted like store bought Kraft mac and cheese. The manager took some charges off our bill, but only after disputing our feedback about the food quality. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location. We formerly lived in Denver, Colorado and ate at that location without issues. We were very disappointed because our experience in Vancouver was much different. This restaurant location is also in major need of a refresh and updating. It's sad that we had gone there to celebrate a birthday and the only things we could say were good were the ice water and drinks and that we had a friendly server.

I was out with my husband and had the absolute best time. We chose to sit in the bar, and Brian the bartender/waiter was awesome and funny as all heck. The dinner was beyond amazing. I ordered a drink that came in a " trash can cup"that you get to keep! Loved the evening... thank you, Brian!!

The environment is fun and clean. We were seated next to the window overlooking the Columbia River. The waitress was friendly and prompt and explained everything to us well. She even pointed out a way on the menu that we could save a couple of bucks. The crab and steamers came in a bucket with corn on the cob and red potatoes and a delicious seasoning that was recommended by the waitress too. The food was delicious and the Moscow mule was sharp and tasty too. The tools they bring out even say "Stolen from Joe's Crab shack" on them and I did, lol. We had a wonderful time and will return for more great crab and hospitality!
