I've  been purchasing shoe's from Joe's family shoe store for 15+ years!  I'm a business man and they have the best price and selection of upscale shoes! Brad the owner son always gives me the personal attention I need. He always waits on me hand and foot! My wife and children also are extremely valued customers! When they walk into Joe's,they are treated like royalty. If you want the best service and price there is no other place to go! They truly are the best! Thanks for being the best, there are very few place like this around anymore!!!

I think the service is great, but almost all of their shoes are made with some kind of preserved dead skin cells, which is gross

Horrible customer service!!!!! Have been 3 times over the years and I will not be back for a 4th! I have no idea how this place stays in business. The customer service just gets worse and worse. Very rude, will tell you anything over the phone to get you to the store. Go there and they do not have what you asked for and then get very rude about it. Place needs to close for good already.

Eventhough it's 2016, they only carry work shoes for men. I went here wanting to support a family store but was disappointed. No women steel toe shoes and not even small men's sizes.
