John Ames and his team went above and beyond for us! He was able to get us $20,000 MORE than what another realtor had suggested selling our home at, and we accepted an above list price within 6 days of our home being listed. That's insane!! This was the first home we have sold, so we were nervous about how this process would go, but it literally could not have been any easier! His office personnel were knowledgeable and so kind and within one day, he sent us a link to download an app, which tracked in real time how many people were looking at our home, when showings were happening, when the appraisal was scheduled, etc. We never had to call for an update, I simply just looked it up on my phone! Plus we got a weekly Email update, which was great! We highly recommend choosing the Ames team to help you with your housing needs, they were such a pleasure to work with!

Team did a great job selling my house.  However - don't make the same mistake I did and read you listing agreement closely.  I was charged about $900 for the pictures taken of my house... In addition to the thousands of dollars I paid in commission.  Not sure why that wouldn't be included in the large commission check...  Very frustrating ending to what was up to that point a smooth home sale.
