We rented a home, Candice was the property manager. Every inspection for over 4 Years we got props on how great the house looked and how wonderful we took care of yard, we gave almost 2 months notice, cleaned and did everything asked, not to mention non of the doors had dead bolts, which I installed at no cost, 2 ceiling fans quit working, I replaced on my dime. Multiple plumbing issues, that I took care of, bathrooms were disgusting when we moved in (spotless when we left) , we let multiple people in our home to help her out trying to rent it out. I replaced garbage disposal with no charge for labor. Everyone that came to this house complimented on how great we took care of it! The yard was full of holes and dying grass, lawn had grubs and was dying, there were huge dead spots. I took care of it, when we left yard and grass looked amazing, baseboards were cleaned and touched up with paint. Walls were washed and bathrooms were cleaner than when we moved in. Not to mention all the little things we took care of on a monthly basis.. this house was in close to perfect condition when we left, and not only did Candice take our entire deposit, she actually took part of our pro rated rent for the last month!! I called, no answer, texted, no response! This is not OK! We spend over a $1000 out of pocket on this rental. We got taken advantage of, I'm not happy and hope nobody ever has to go through this.

Joe and Lorelei are thoughtful professionals. They take the time to listen and understand your needs. They have a solid understanding of the local markets which they serve. They are honest, salt of the earth type of people.

Joe is the greatest!  He  helped us long distance print pages so we could fax the pages to the title company.  He lives in St George and we live in Bountiful. A big thank you to Joe !

Joe and Lorelei were great to work with. They were honest about potential problems with the house and seemed very knowledgeable about contracts and everything so it made the home buying experience less stressful.
