Shame on you Candice and shame on Charlie Mowery, designated Agent for Coldwell Banker Premier - the Broker ultimately responsible for her conduct.  It appears that Candice Cather, Agent, Property Manager was deceiving us from the beginning.  We explained before entering into a lease that we would not complete the 1 year lease term because we needed to buy a home if we were to be financially able to retire in Utah.  Candice said several times that we could move out early by paying a $200 fee, this was confirmed in writing on our Lease Agreement.  Candice kept our entire security deposit contrary to her word, the written lease, and the legal statutes 57-17 of the State of Utah.  In the end we replied to Candice's' text that she could keep our deposit because it appeared that she would not show and re-lease the property as previously agreed.  A real "catch 22".  Our early move out did not cost the Owner nor either of the responsible Agents a penny - just us.  I hope this is not an indication of the morality of the people of Utah.

We worked With the Spilker team to buy our first home. It was an amazing experience and because of their help, not as stressful as I had thought it would be. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and professional and I would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to buy a house. I actually already have. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and this is why we now own an amazing home.

Michelle Anderson at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty was wonderful to work with.  We loved her energy and enthusiam and her dedication to selling our home for us.  We had the home listed previously with another company and it had been over a year without selling.  When we switched to to Coldwell Banker with Michelle Anderson, the home sold in a month.  We highly recommend Michelle.
