I would highly recommend Tom for your future real estate needs. We recently used Tom for both a purchase and a sale and he made both transactions seamless. Having had experience selling homes on our own before it was a relief to have a real estate professional managing inspections, showings and negotiations. We will definitely use Tom again (but hope we won't be moving anytime soon!)

Two months after moving into our new house we had a problem with a burst water pipe. Tom stopped by and seriously saved the day! 

I can't recommend him enough before, during and after our purchase. We have bought and sold numerous properties and have never found the "right" agent, until Tom!

We have worked with Tom for the past 13 years.  He has helped us buy/sell our own home as well as multiple investment properties.  He is our go-to realtor.  We wouldn't work with anyone else.  We have complete trust in him to give us honest advice and to look out for our best interests as clients.  He is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and we value his many years of experience.  It is always such a pleasure to work with Tom.  We have recommended him to many friends and family members over the years.  We are very grateful for Tom's guidance.

Working with Tom was a great experience from start to finish. From the beginning he was helpful in giving me a better understanding of the Portland neighborhoods and what each had to offer by taking me on tours of neighborhoods as well as homes. As I got a better sense of what I was looking for we narrowed the search and I found my dream home. He was informed and thoughtful about what was the right amount to offer, he was right. The sellers accepted. He's a total pro with many years of experience. Throughout the escrow period he checked in regularly to make sure I fully understood the process and next steps. He made the whole process easy. I confidently recommend Tom to anyone looking for a home in Portland.

I really enjoyed working with Tom! I appreciate his fast, efficient and reliable communication skills. He was willing to answer any question.  Extremely professional and experienced. He's on the ball with all things and is the sort of person who applies no pressure to you, only gives solid advice (very welcome qualities!). I am glad I was able to work with him and would recommend him highly
