Attorney John M. Hunter has been litigating on behalf of property management companies in South Alabama since 1998. His legal career encompasses a general practice at the firm of Richardson, Spear, Spear & Hamby in Mobile for four years, followed by a more specialized creditor services practice for six years at the firm of Sirote & Permutt in Mobile. In 2009, John opened his own private firm concentrating on the representation of companies and individuals who own and/or manage rental properties in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. Currently, John serves as the legal advisor to the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association and to the South Alabama Landlord Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Apartment Association. John holds a Political Science – International Relations degree from the University of Alabama and a law degree from Villanova University.
