This place has been amazing! No other places would approve me because I had never had a lease before and I was having some credit issues due to going from a 2 income household to a 1. They quickly approved me ( within 30 min) and I was able to meet a employed named Trish at the house that night! She was willing to meet with me even after she got off work! I was able to put a deposit down that day. I was also able to add the pet deposit to my rent for 6 months so I didn't have to pay pet deposits, security deposit, and first months rent all at once. Trish was readily available every time I had a question or concern. The company has been speedy with work orders and I absolutely love my house! I couldn't be happier!

Whatever your deposit is do not bank on getting that back after you hire the cleaning team and wax team. They make a so called clean promise. It the customers pay for it. They do nothing special but charge you an arm and a leg. I would never rent here again. I paid $250 for paint and supplies. Took weeks making sure I did touch up paint and they still charged $150. If ever I hear anybody mention John Reider I will beat them until they go to somebody else. This place was almost as bad as Real Star. Maybe it's just Texas.

We are a military family that came to Texas from Virginia with an 8 month old and an almost 3 year old. It would have been a huge hassle to come here and stay in a hotel while house hunting, so we were very glad that we were able to sign a lease electronically without having to do a physical walk through of the house. We had this go wrong for us in the past, but John Reider Properties made us feel very comfortable about it. Our realtor, Trish, was very helpful with the process and reassuring that the house would be 100% clean and ready for us to move in. They even had a walk through video on Youtube which we watched several times to help our eldest to know where we were going. Moving in, John Reider had a packet for us of the numbers and places we needed to call to get everything set up which made the process a breeze! Since moving in, there has been a couple of minor unforeseeable things that needed to be fixed. Using the portal to get the work orders in has been very convenient and John Reider always has gotten back to us very quickly with the name and number of who will be contacting us for an appointment. They also are great at following up with making sure everything was fixed to satisfaction. We LOVE renting from them and this is by far our favorite place to live!

Robin and the entire team at John Reider Properties has been nothing short of amazing over the last several years we've done business with them. Their professionalism and patience truly sets a standard any real estate firm should strive for. Our experience with them went full circle from being tenants to having them manage our home and then to selling and we really couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Best choice I could have made leasing with John Reider Properties. The prices are reasonable and the staff is wonderful, especially Trish. Trish is the leasing manger. She helped me through the application process and was a wonderful help, even through difficulties with my application. I would definitely recommend John Reider Properties and would return for more business.
