We love this agency! Maceo has been our agent for the past three years. He has helped us with a state to state move to transfer insurance, auto insurance, and renter's insurance. This agency treats you like you are part of the family. They know your name and remember your situations. Maceo is always available to help and whenever we have to leave a message, he calls back very quickly! If he doesn't have the answer, he will research and find it, or guide you to the right person who can help. I have never had issues with receiving paperwork, new cards, policy updates, anything. 
I had a situation a couple of years ago with my premium payment going up randomly. Even though this was no fault of their own, Maceo and Mr. Simmons stayed in close contact with me by phone and email to research and resolve the situation and help me understand what was going on. I was frustrated but they were supportive and understanding, which helped me to take a breath and calm down. They are super friendly and professional. They never make you feel like you are a bother. They make you feel like a valued customer and I greatly appreciate that! The lady at the front desk has always been super sweet and friendly as well. I would highly recommend this agency!
