Was dropped by this insurance company as was given a 6 day notice from  Matt Brown himself to tell me that they will no longer cover me on my home insurance. How nice... reason for dropping me is because I put in a claim to get my food checked after a hail storm which I was denied on. Did this for 2 years straight and now they are afraid they might have to pay for a good so instead they just decode to drop you. I have to admit though... staff  that he has working for him is decent. It's Matt Brown who will disappoint you though. Do yourself a favor and shop around to other Insurance companies before ever talking to this agent. And if a conversation gets difficult for him, he will just push you off onto his employees to take your complaints. Will be placing a complaint in with the corporate office regarding this agent. 6 day notice to hurry and find another insurance company is ridiculous. And they really think I'm going to keep my auto, life insurance with them... they are sadly mistaken!
