I would like to take a minute to thank Kristen Bond and the Tom Shipp agency. I recently had a client I was helping with some mortgage needs and thought what looked to be a large dollar amount for homeowners insurance. I contacted my client and suggested that he may want to explore other companies for his insurance needs. Kristen was able to get a quote together in less than an hour and over multiple policies was able to save my client thousands of dollars per year. I can't say enough about the care and quick response that Kristen had for my client. I have high expectations for my clients and Kristen delivers every time.

Contacted Kristen Bond for a very specific and urgent auto insurance need over the past weekend while I was away in Canada - she came around full circle - within few hours I knew my options, was able to get insurance, contracts and ID cards in my inbox. Well done and thank you!!!!

I'm an agent in central Missouri and I have known Tom for nearly five years.  I know him to be a hard worker, great communicator, and most importantly a sincerely caring agent.  I am very comfortable recommending people to Tom if they need an agent in the St. Louis area!
