John's Best is my family's choice for restaurant pizza. Our orders have been pickup each time. I'd recommend this to friends and family... and strangers.

Delivery man stated that he could not  enter a secure apartment building.  
Never told that before. I was refunded, but pizza was luke warm,
Escorole soup was not with order. Two Italian dishes came with the order that I had to giveaway. Called John’s Best and was told it was the delivery. service’s issue. However restaurant should be accountable.

Food is okay but every time we use a coupon they give us a hard time! Whether it's their coupon or a groupon! Today they said we can only use the coupon if everyone orders entrees, not pizza. It does NOT say that on the coupon ANYWHERE! We had ordered two entrees and pizza. When we asked to see the manager, he did not come out but the waitress told us they will accept it this time, but not again. Now every time the waitress comes out she ignores us... Just change your coupons! 😡

Worst place I have ever eaten. Not only was our waitress extremely rude and rolled her eyes at us, but half of us got extremely sick from our food. We have the gnocchi, rigatoni a la vodka, eggplant grinder and chicken parm grinder, and almost all of us got sick. The eggplant was the nastiest thing I have eaten- and eggplant is my favorite food!!!! The sauce is awful. I would definitely NOT reccomend going here. Waste of money.

Although there was a slight mishap with an order I made, management let me keep the pie free of charge and made it right. The San Marzano pizza is authentic and delicious, easily the best tomato pie I've ever had. I'll definitely be coming back in the future, thank you so much for the great food and outstanding service.
