I read some of these bad posts and I am shocked. We had a very special cake with lots of details made for a 60th bday. It came out amazing, they helped get it secure in my car, the owner was awesome! He also strongly supports our military and that is important to me. Delicious cake, kind people, so not sure what happened to others. I will also say this is a busy place, I could see where there was a rush and they sold out of something. When I went in to order my cake there were 20 people in there. The lady took time to draw my cake, look things up on the internet, write detailed instructions about what I wanted. Our guests loved the cake! Kept commenting how moist it was too!

I really have never done this before but I need to get my feelings out before I burst! I hate that I have to write this review. But I work hard for my money too. I ordered my granddaughter's 2nd Birthday cake here and it was bad and not how I order. We order it 2 or 3 weeks before the party the cake price was $75 which is pricey for a 2 year old but since this was going to be a very detail cake I thought ok. We send email of pictures of cake. We also showed the guy who took the order. He made it sound like the cake would be no problem. We needed cake to be done by 1pm. I got there at 1:30 and the cake was not done. They said they just started it. Finally a guy named Bruce came out and said they were behind. I told him party started at 2. Bruce said that he would have it at the party before the party started. Well it got there after the party had started. You could tell that they rush it! Nobody at the party could tell it was a 2! The cake itself was good but way too much icing. I called on Monday (today) after the party and spoke to Bruce the manager and was told that he bent over backward to delievery the cake. Which was late because of their mistake not mine. Also was told that they are just a corner bakery and couldn't refund my money. That he could give me 50% store credit or 25% cash back. But why would I want a store credit to have something else go wrong. Maybe you shouldn't take orders for something you can't do for starter then you wouldn't have to refund people their money back. I am so very upset right now I don't even now what to do. Bruce you said your approve rating was high but I don't know how. Shame on you very making this mistake my fault since I order it at a small corner bakery. I think I should get ALL my money back. I will be happy with half of my money back but I don't want your store credit.

They are nice, but a bit overwhelmed by there business. Cakes are delicious!

Went in just a bit ago, 30 minutes before close there was about 4 or 5 ppl standing in the back one of the girls looked at me 3 times and didn't say a word!! I stood there for maybe 7 minutes before I left because no one acknowledge I was there

I came here for a wedding cake test. One cake didn't have much flavor, another had things like nuts in it that we were not told about, a third was super dry and if you didn't have the icing you couldn't eat it, and the forth was at least half way decent. All the fillings we tried were very sweet, but we still have them the benefit of the doubt. As we were leaving we decided to buy a few cookies out of their case. All the cookies were dry and difficult to chew. I am very disappointed.
