*EDITED* See below for original 3 star review. After I posted a bad review I got a call from the General Manager, David. He was so apologetic and genuinely cared that I had a few bad experiences and asked that I come talk to him the next time I go to the store. I went in the next day and he bent over backwards to make sure my order was correct and to make sure that I would come back. Thank you David! I will be back many more times. We LOVE to eat here, and until today, got lunch here at least once a week...but in the last 2 months they have forgotten the chicken on my salad twice, forgotten to give me a cookie once, and today they forgot to put in my bagel (but they put the cream cheese in there). I've called and talked to a manager, who did not offer to replace my chicken-less salad or anything. I'm so sad about this, but we will not be going back to this location.

Great place for a quick and tasty lunch. Really clean and great ways to order. Guess only one complaint I have its a little pricey,

This place might get my order correct 50% of the time...also rapid order pickup is not so rapid...orders have been up to ten minutes past the said pick up time

The worst. They got my order wrong and there was green in the bacon. So I went back to take my order back and waiting for my new order for 30 mins. Took forever just to get a simple turkey sandwitch.

Sad when you sit down and start eating and then watch the person who served you pick their nose and keep working. Guys if your going to wear a beard and make food wear a beard net. Management walk through eating area and see the mess.
