Had the best shoe buying experience at this location.  Now I've bought dozens of pairs at J&M locations and all have been good experiences *but* this location's salesperson (Rose) went above and beyond in her efforts in ensuring I was assisted in getting the shoes I wanted--yes, I purchased multiple pairs of shoes.  In fact, her colleague was also busy bringing multiple pairs of shoes for his client near me and worked diligently in assisting him find the right shoe for him also.  

I'm sure you'll receive great service here and I'll continue to purchase future shoes here.  :-)
