I am writing this review to express how satisfied I am with Debora's commiment to helping me solve an issue I was having with my insurance policy.  Deborah is committed, professional and she gets the job done no questions asked. My current insurance policy was ending, and I needed help switching to a better one.. the 3 times I contacted A-Costa, I spoke to a guy who said he would look into my situation and would get back to me. I did not hear back from him or anyone until I decided to contact the angency again ( 3 days later). When I called this morning, I spoke to Deborah and I expressed my concerns to her. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She was very understanding and helped solved my problem in less than 2 hours. She explained my coverage, lowered my payments, and called me in between to give me updates. She's wonderful to say the LEAST and I truly hope her boss realizes how great of an employee he has!

Excellent experience. I was shopping for insurance and was recommended A-costa insurance by a friend. I had an amazing experience dealing with their highly trained and professional employees, my insurance was 200 dollars lower than at the cheapest competitor I had found. They explained all the coverages in details. I am very happy with my decision and highly recommend A-costa insurance agency.

I work for a dealership in Framingham ,and always we have a hard time to get RMV 1 stamp back .They are very friendly but never get job done on time ,transferring plates with them is a nightmare , 3 of our customer had to come back few times in order to get inspection sticker done .I call and follow up with them ,confirmed they received our fax and two days latter still not getting the RMV 1 stamped .Is frustrating for me because I have to deal with many others insurance ,and is not only my customer is their customer also .Please respect customer time .We always provide a fax ,email and phone number in case we miss something ,plus we call also to confirm .I am writing not as customer but someone who represent them and try to make their life less stressful .

Great friendly staff that help with any and all needs I appreciate the effort they put in to guide me in the right direction I would recommend to anyone Jonatan and his staff make the experience one you don't want to miss!

They almost never call you back when they promise. I gather they are pretty understaff. Their boss, Mr.Costa, is most of the time absent. They give quotes they may not honor when you want to purchase. You can sense they cheat their way into getting your business by quoting lower than others but eventually rising the premium to much higher than everyone else. Very careless in handling customers. Their quotes have lots of errors that will haunt you one way or the other later down the road. I would certainly not recommended them to my friends.
