I have always had a good experience here, especially in the service department. Cathy is AMAZING, seriously, so helpful and personable! She remembers me every time, and is always more than happy to answer all of my questions. Every single employee who has helped me in your Nissan service department has been wonderful. Thanks for the great customer service, and for being so accommodating!

The team at Jones Nissan was very helpful, professional and quick. One of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. I'm leaving 4 stars because there were scuffs on the outside of my brand new vehicle, chemical residue inside from very poor and quick detailing and overall condition at delivery. The dealership promptly has agreed to fix all of this for me just not the condition I'd expect to receive a new car in.

Jones Nissan has always been so amazing to me. They always provide the best service and communication skills. I have bought three cars from Ray Washington and he always has my best interest first and himself last and takes good care of me. Looking for a car Ray Washington is your guy! Jones for a life time😉

Jeff is the best! All the staff were very nice and personable. Jeff was who I worked closely with to seal the deal on my new car. He took all the time I needed to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it. Excellent service!

It was a long, but a productive day. Zack was a really great guy and helped us through the process and made it as enjoyable as possible. I am not always the easiest guy to work with but he did a great job doing so. I would buy from you guys again in a heartbeat and I would recommend you to my friends in a heartbeat.
