All I needed was pricing for parking. The website only offers pricing for the locations that have the "reserved parking" option. I called this location and could never get to a live person. It kept suggesting a different number I should call. I called the number and it was close to (if not) the worse customer service experience ever. No one there had any information about pricing, all they could do was provide me the number (which I have already tried) to this location. After explaining to them I have tried this number they stated it was nothing else they could do, not even a supervisor could find pricing for parking. This would have been my first time using Greyhound, but I think it goes without being said I WILL NOT be using Greyhound services. I will be using Mega Bus instead.

Horrible customer service both in person and on the phone. Bus left without me (mind you i was there early) Guy at the counter couldnt give me a refund or transfer my ticket. On top of that i actually called explained that whole situation and the lady on the phone told me she couldnt do anything for a whole 24hours and that i would have to call back. I never had an issue with greyhound before until now. This put such a bad taste in my mouth that I no longer want to ride with them

The gentleman in charge is very knowledgeable and nice but sometimes there are other people attending customers who are not as good.

Thee station itself I ddnt go into. Bus dropped us off and we left. We arrived later than usual. Not sure why if we were on an "express bus". Hope my departure in a few days back to NYC isn't that bad. Express bus again with my 2 children.

Not very clean and in dire need of remodeling. Also the tickets are way overpriced and the station needs a security guard and cameras to disburse the seedier elements which are abundant.
