The Manager here is nice. Sometimes I couldn't fully understand him, but he was polite, and he never made me feel as if he was shady. I cancelled service, and he was respectful and courteous. He's a better Manager compared to many I have seen.

I entered the storage facility to get a box out of my unit. When exiting the storage, the number 1 on the dial pad did not work and my code contained two 1's. It was raining hard and I was stuck behind the gate locked in getting soaked. I called customer care to get assistance on getting out and I was on hold with them for about 10 minutes. I was given a temporary code that did not contain the number 1. Next thing you know, the number 2 does not work either. Who knows what other numbers do not work on the dialpad. Luckily, another car pulled up behind me and their code did not contain a 1 or 2 and they entered theirs in for me. This was very inconvenience and unprofessional. I rarely visit the storage and the one time I do, my time is wasted being caged in like an animal or prisoner and so is my money since I am not getting what I am paying for. Would not rent from them again or recommend anyone to.

I made a reservation on line and as soon as I send the reservation I get a call from the manager at the store. I told him, wow that was fast! He thank me for choosing cube smart and had great customer service. The next day I show up and leslie also was great. Thanks for the great customer service will recommend you guys for sure!
