This has got to be one of the most unreliable. They say what time they come by, even if you were out there waiting before that time, and there's never any bus. It's hit or miss whether you're actually going to have the bus show up. Some of the drivers aren't great either. If a cab was more reasonably priced then I would be more than happy to take it vs the bus. Something needs to be fixed. There's also repairs needed on a good portion of buses-leaking windows in the rain that lead to window puddles and wet clothing. The whole point of being in a bus is to not be wet.

I called the bus number to see whats going on with the route she said he is only couple minutes late in my mind I'm like 18 minutes its not a couple late he supposed to be here at 12:42 and its 103 WTH I was at the bus stop since 1230, 12 minutes before the bus time on schedule. Finally the bus arrived until 110. 28 minutes late is ridiculous they should fix the schedule or add another bus to this route I they should include on their website the dates they will be out of service. I was waiting for 20 minutes on labor day and I couldn't find out if they were on service or not
