We can't thank this wonderful staff enough for all they're help and fast alteration turn around! My husband forgot his suit at home when we traveled from out of town to attend a wedding. We immediately drove to this location.Everyone was so awesome, they all pitched in to find the perfect suit, shirt, tie even socks and shoes! The alterations ( by Olga) were done in 1 day which was greatly appreciated and it fit like a glove..beautiful work.  This was such an amazing experience! We had a great time with (Olga & Ksenia) and everyone involved. They all truly went above and beyond for us which we will forever be grateful for.

Excellent customer service, not overly crowded. Pricey depending on your budget but quality experience every time nonetheless.

Unfortunately, I couldn't rate this any lower. Waited 2.5 hours to get 3 fittings done and I still have to come back to get mine.  I would never get a tux fitting here again.  This was beyond awful!

When you go shopping at a place that you are likely to spend 4 figures, a certain level of service is expected. We've been loyal customer here for years and WILL NOT GO BACK!!  We asked about the sale on pants and the response we received was, "Whachu want" We want non-pleated, non-wrinkling dress pants, do they qualify for the buy 1 get 2 free sale? Her response "uh yep" Can you point us in the right direction? "They all mixed up, just go look". After looking and not finding what we are looking for we give up and begin looking for french cuff shirts. We ask for help again as we can only find ones here and there. "UGH. ( heavy sigh) I got to look just like you and I aint got no idea whatchu want. Go look online" 

We were there for 45 minutes and left empty handed, prepared to spend several hundred dollars. There was one guy with a cool beard that was totally helpful but was dedicated to another customer and we decided not to wait anymore. We will take her ghetto advice and order online from now on. Sure helps your store a lot...
