No one greeted me, I was ignored completely even as I waited in the checkout line. One person working went to clock someone out while I waited in line. Then when she finally started to check out my purchase she said nothing, then stopped my transaction to help the other cashier. Then she flopped my bag onto the counter and continued to help the other customer, no thank you or response at all. I felt this was extremely rude!

I recently went on a much-hated jeans shopping trip.  I am 5' 0" and have a curvy figure.  I have a terrible time finding jeans that fit me, but I don't like having them hemmed as it tends to change the shape of the leg.  After visiting 7 different stores, I landed at the Loft.  I was greeted by Victoria who promptly showed me to the Petite section and so very patiently helped me try on nearly 10 different sizes and cuts to figure out what was going to fit best.  She was so sweet and understanding.  They ended up not having the size I needed in the store, so she helped me order them and had them shipped to my house.  I received them yesterday and I have to say: they are amazing!  Easily the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn and they actually FIT me!!!!  If you are short like me and hate jeans shopping go to the Loft!  You won't regret it!

My wife received a gift for xmas it was not her size when she returned it they did NOT have her size for a exchange. Then they would NOT give a refund or even put the money back on the credit card even though we had the receipt. This is why Amazon accounts for almost 40% of the xmas sales they honor returns and exchanges.
