Smart, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. They got my order turned around in 1 day including shipping in the garment. A reasonable fee to rush was assessed but I was happy to get it done. Didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable as I picked out the tux or during fitting. My one criticim is the shoes. I know they're rentals so they won't look fresh out of the box but the pair I got looked like they maybe went 1 perhaps 2 rentals more than they should have. Beyond that, everything fit great for a reasonable price mad no hassle on the return.

The service here was phenomenal!  Not sure what all the 1 star reviews are about the service.  They couldn't do the tailoring I needed but they we're immediately helpful in referring me to a nearby tailor.  Perhaps I hit the store at just the right time (5pm or so on a Wednesday)?

When I walked in, the fitters were busy, but communication was very good so I wasn't left standing around wondering who I could talk to (very inexperienced at buying a suit here), feeling like no one cared that I had walked in etc.  It was obvious they were a bit busy, but not overly so.

Bob, let me tell you a bit about that guy.  If you ever go to this store definitely...DEFINITELY...ask for Bob.  He is a great guy, low pressure, listens to what you need, makes good suggestions but doesn't pressure you.  Some people think that making a suggestion is in itself pressure (perhaps one of the 1 star reviews?).  I was in a very fast paced sales environment where you career is made or not month to month, I did that for 3 years.  Trust me when I say Bob is the guy you want to have on your side (example:  He had laid out socks, I mentioned I had plenty.  He never mentioned or touched them again).  That my friends is a person that actually listens to YOUR needs, not HIS wants.

All in all 10/10 experience and I WILL be back, but only on a day Bob is working.

The customer service is really out of this world!  They are warm and knowledgeable people who aren't afraid to smile. We'll never buy our suits anywhere else!

Staff was very helpful in getting fitted. They were able to do same day hemming since I was leaving the country the next day.
