I would like to say the staff was very friendly and very helpful.  In particular I really liked how Justine chatman, helped me pick up the suit and very helpful in over all experience.  Will definitely go to Jos a bank for my suits.

Came to Jos A Banks looking for a tux to rent for prom. After going to Mens Warehouse and Tip top Tux, we decided to rent from here. The quality seemed better than Mens Warehouse and it was much calmer and much quicker than Tip Top Tix. The price was the same as MW and about $20 more than TTT. Fingers crossed that things go smoothly once we pick up the tux. We worked with Derek who was super friendly and easy to work with.

After a disaster of an experience at a different Jos. A. Bank location, the store manager in Leawood took special care of my husband and his groomsmen for our vow renewal/wedding reception. He ensured we received the discounts we were entitled to, and when my husband's pants were too big, he made sure to get him the size he needed in time for the big day. Thanks for helping our groomsmen (and my groom!) look amazing!

Customer service is pretty good, store is a little deserted but any available employee is happy to help. Selection is very poor, with most shelves being only half full of clothes. Additionally the tailored shirts are way off, bought $600.00 of tailored shirts that should fit me, but the sizing on the shelves was off and so none of those shirts fit.
