The staff were courteous. I only had one problem, in that I am in a time crunch for a suit. They didnt have it in store, but said it would take a week to ship, then they were to slammed in alterations to do it within a timely manner. I asked if they could ship it any faster, but there were none. I dont believe its the actual stores fault, it seems that the whole company is too automated and cannot change anything about the timeframes for a finished product. So, I will be refunding my money, except for the shirts and ties.

I bought a suit this year. The staff was very helpful with finding what I needed. They got the type of suit and size immediately. They were also nice enough to get the pants hemmed that very moment.

Great experience! My second visit here. Had to be fitted for a tux. Jon and Matthew had me in and out in no time. Very well kept store. Friendly staff. All around classy joint.

Where to begin... I went in and purchased a suit and sports coat the last week of November when visiting my family in GA. The staff were very helpful and friendly and easily willing to ship to me in TX, everything was great. Took measurements for alterations, watched them write down my address and instructions to CALL ME and give me tracking number when they were ready to ship. 1 week later I get a call saying my sports coat was ready for pickup, and the woman who called seemed clueless when I asked about my suit, not even knowing there was supposed to be one with my order. She also didn't have any information on my shipping address or other details. She took down my address again and said she would search for my suit and ensured me she would call when she found it and was shipping everything. I emphasized the importance again of calling me with tracking info because sometimes UPS delivers to the wrong building and the only way for me to catch this is if I have the tracking and monitor regularly. Week and a half later after hearing nothing I call back late Thursday afternoon and inquire about my order. The man on the phone said he didn't know, but I would either get a call back that night or first thing Friday morning by the salesman who sold me everything to get me the tracking info. I made it very clear that If I did not have these by the next Thursday there would be a problem because I was going out of town for a week and a half. Once again, no call back so the following Tuesday I call again and the salesman who sold me the suit and coat answered and said he would find the tracking and call me back ASAP. He did as he said he would, and informed me that the order shipped 2 days after I called the first time, yet no one called to tell me it had shipped or give me the tracking. UPS apparently tried to deliver 3 times and held it for 5 days (until the Sunday 2 days earlier) but shipped it back since there was no one to sign for it. However, I never got any notices at my apartment (because UPS probably tried to deliver to the wrong building) and I was never called and given the tracking, so I had no clue this was happening. He went on to say the order was on its way back to GA and should arrive tomorrow (Wednesday). I told him to hold it until I called and told them to re-send it since I was going to be out of town. I call back to tell them to send it, and give them my address again, and have them read it back to me twice to ensure it is correct, which it was (3rd time I have given it). I get tracking and everything is going smoothly, until today I see it is out for delivery, then learn it could not be delivered because there was no apartment number written..... I drive 30 minutes through the rain to UPS and wait for 1 hour at their understaffed warehouse for them to give me my package. I open the box when I get home and the order card inside has my address AND APT NUMBER correctly written inside, they just failed to put it on the box. I try on the suit and coat, and the coat was not taken in in the middle at all like I PAID for at the time of purchase. So after over 1 month of waiting and jumping through hoops, I finally get my order and it isn't even correct. Friendly people, however the most incompetent reliable group of individuals on the planet. I am very dissatisfied and will be HIGHLY DISCOURAGING anyone I know form ever shopping here in the future.
