My friends and I went in just to get an idea of what we wanted for a wedding, the man working was initially nice at first. We told him we were just looking and in a sarcastic tone responded "It would help if you asked because you passed your size." I again explained we were just looking, he continued to follow us around making sarcastic remarks. My guy friend walked out of the store and we proceeded to leave, I made a joke that he wasn't in the mood to shop anymore & the salesman responded "No he's just mad because I corrected him." Then the salesman WALKED OUT THE STORE to confront my guy friend, he was EXTREMELY RUDE! It was almost as if he was looking for a fight the way he approached my friend. Needless to say we won't be shopping there but honestly this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

He was professional, courteous, had a great sense of humor and a wealth of knowledge that got my husband the perfect suit for a wedding well below our anticipated bugdet. Worst experience I have ever had. Rented three tuxedos all three had problems. The store moved between when we went in for measuring and when we picked up. NO CALL FROM THEM ABOUT MOVING OR WHEN THE TUXES ARRIVED.
I asked for a receipt and was told if was emailed to me. It wasn't. I asked for a copy when I came back to pick up the vest that needed to be altered. They couldn't figure it out and again when I returned the tuxes they couldn't figure it out. Total BS.

I'm not normally one to write reviews, but I thought this experience deserved it. First, I went in to buy several suits for job interviews. The employees were both friendly and extremely helpful. The part that really made it impressive, however, came up the next day when I came back to pick things up. 
I showed up to find everyone from the store outside, while the entire building's fire alarms were going off. The alarm in the store is painfully loud, and I figured oh well, I'm not in a rush. I did not have to wait, however, as an employee who had been present when I was there before recognized me, and went back into the store, alarm still ringing, to pick up my suit for me, including carefully wrapping it up as if nothing was happening. I would have been perfectly fine waiting, and even said as much. Bravo on the excellent service.

Customer service provided by Reggie was excellent. Having never owned a suit before he steered me through the mind boggling assortment of suits, ties, pocket squares, etc. Very happy with the results and the suits fit great. Will go back again.
