My fiancé and I were trying to decide where we'd like to have our wedding party rent their tuxedos, we thought since we had had a pleasant experience at Jo's A Bank before they'd be professional and helpful. They were not. As soon as we said we wanted to rent from them, they left us to fend for ourselves. They went ahead and talked to other customers. Won't be going back and I hope that other customers that go are treated more professionally. We will be going to Men's Warehouse!

The staff is very accommodating to find the right fit and style. Always helpful.

Terrible customer service. All the employees are more worried about selling you the most expensive suits than what you want or like

The store manager was amazing. My dad is in a wheelchair and needed a new suit. He was patient and went out of his way to make our shopping experience wonderful. Will definitely be back.
