Much, much better than Men's Wearhouse, at a comparable price.  Needed four suits for a new job, and I was taken care of well.   I also shopped MW, and the four suits they wanted to sell me were crappier, and cost the same.  Plus, much nicer salespeople and seamstress.

Horrible customer service. Store manager is polite but inept and incredibly lazy.

Not enough employees who know what they are doing. They seem to pick and choose who they want to help. Misplaced alterations followed by phone calls stating that you have someone else's clothes. If you can go to another Jos a Banks then do so.
