They ended up loosing 3 out of 5 of my groomsmen's measurements. I had to talk to a corporate manager to resolve the issues, and have my guys stop back by a store... It was a huge pain. They don't call you back after they say they will. They act like it's your fault when they lose your information. Today is Saturday and they only have 1 employee working. I called the 1800 customer service line and was called back and then transferred 2 times before someone could help with a simple request to give them some measurements.

Got a great suit. Great Staff. Very helpful. One of the few places that still makes pants for short people.

Awful customer service, horrible attitudes, don't know what they are doing, incompetent...I could go on. Absolute worst service for a suit I've ever gotten. I won't be back to this store ever.

This is a message of big thanks to Brian Nelson at the Jos A Bank store in Loveland, CO. After numerous attempts to purchase my men’s clothing online, I was frustrated. I could find the items that looked right or felt right when I received them in the mail. We live in a remote area and finding nice men’s clothing is difficult at best. I was on a mission to find a good place to finally purchase clothes for work. Upon arrival at the store it was clean and had a great selection and availability for items that were my size. We spent the whole Sunday afternoon with Brian and his assistant until we had the right combination of suits, shirts and ties. We also got a great buy on all the items, and I really appreciated the service and attention to detail after the sale. Brian under promised and over deliver during the whole sales process. We had a great experience and we will be back soon. Thanks again! - Matt Sheridan, Wyoming

Ok..So, these guys sell suits. Which is great, but they aren't even wearing suits. When I asked to be measured, they indicated they would rather me try on some jackets. Usually, in a suit store, they help you on with the jackets, these guys don't. I had to ask. Then, tried on another jacket, same thing, had to ask this unsuited young man to assist me. Loud rock playing over this desheveled showroom, with no sence of service at all. kind of a dirty, disorganized messy place with dust on the display suits. Oh, and wait, 750.00 for a light, flimsy suit and they tell me it takes t 2 weeks or more to get them altered. Why does this company even run TV commercials? Stay away. Just my opinion.
